Det oversees all of the software building, testing and system operation via his 85-person company BrickSimple, and has successfully developed and marketed multiple FDA approved mobile and wearable products.

Dr. Steven Messé is a board certified neurologist and runs Penn’s Center for Neuro-Cardio Protection. He is also the Chair of the American Heart Association “Get With The Guidelines” Committee, which establishes the protocols and guidelines used worldwide for stroke detection and treatment.

Jim Weimer, PhD, is an expert in computer science, bioengineering, and signal processing. He has multiple PhDs and patents, and is the author of the Neuralert patented algorithm.

Bhavana Mohanraj, PhD manages a portfolio of life sciences companies acting as a key advisor to Neuralert. She partners with Penn faculty, researchers, and staff to build startups around innovative medical devices, therapeutics, and diagnostic technologies.
